We offer a rotating selection of freshly baked brioche pastries, both sweet and savory scones, cinnamon rolls, puff pastries & other flaky demonstrations of goodness every Wednesday through Saturday. Cinnamon Rolls – buttery, doughy, rich – topped w/ a buttermilk glaze – 3.00
Brioche Pastries – selections vary daily and may include Seasonal Fruit w/ pastry cream (3.50), Chocolate Ganache filled Brioche Puffs (2.75), or Almond or Walnut Brioche Rings (3.50 to 4 per slice)
Frangipane Croissants – house-made almond cream on a flaky croissant, topped w/ more almond cream, sliced almonds & a dusting of confectioner’s sugar – 4.00
w/ house-made jam – 4.00 w/ bittersweet ganache – 4.25
Sweet Scones – tender buttermilk or cream scones w/ seasonal fruit or nuts or ginger or chocolate or espresso or some combination! Flavors change daily and seasonally. Because we’re crazy that way. Seriously though – if you’re looking for a specific flavor please email as scones can be pre-ordered by the half-dozen. Current seasonal flavors include – Marionberry, Spiced Blueberry, Mixed Fruit, Carrot Walnut, Banana Bread, Espresso Chip, Almond Chocolate Chip 2.50 to 3.00
Savory Scones – just as tender as the sweet scones, but with savory things like spinach, red bell peppers, ham, chorizo, sausage, and herbs. Flavors change daily and seasonally. Our most popular is Spinach, Red Bell Pepper, Sharp Cheddar & Thyme, which we bake on Saturdays 3.25 – 3.50
Like our community, we care about the ingredients we use – and that extends to our savory offerings. We use cage-free eggs in our breakfast sandwiches. We source our ham, and sausage from companies that follow sustainable, humane practices. Cheese is naturally-aged and from local sources as much as possible (one exception is the Coastal Cheddar we use that hails from Dorset, England!)
As our Breakfast Sandwiches are made to order, please allow 5 to 10 minutes – though we do try to make it snappy. All Breakfast Sandwiches are served on a Brioche Bun.
The Proper Piggy– baked eggs, Niman Range Sausage & Coastal Cheddar w/ arugula and a touch of Dijon mustard – 5.00
