Pucker Up Cake

Swirls of goodness upon more goodness, our bundt cakes are filled with yummy things like fresh lemon zest, madagascar vanilla, berries, and premium chocolate. deda’s Ribbon Cakes and Glazed Bundt Cakes are available in two sizes Brunch (8-10 servings), and Individual (for when you’re not in the mood to share).

Pucker Up Ribbon Cake – we love lemons, simply love them. Perhaps not quite as much as chocolate, but still….in lemon bars, cookies, sponge cakes, and in our bundt cakes. A tangy sour cream, butter & lemon batter (made with fresh lemon zest), topped with ribbons of lemon glaze. Pucker up and give us a taste. Also available with blueberries or raspberries.  -17-19

Chocolate Overload Ribbon Cake – do you dream in chocolate? If not, maybe this will help – we make the batter with natural cocoa and bittersweet chocolate, then we add chunks of Callebaut bittersweet and white chocolate (a generous amount), and finally, we drizzle ribbons of E. Guittard dark and white chocolate all over the baked cake. Do you dream in chocolate? You will now. - 21

Pumpkin Ribbon Cake - like the gorgeous fall colors in the Pacific Northwest, this cake is available for a short time (Sept-Dec). Sour cream, pumpkin & cinnamon batter, with a ribbon of spiced brown sugar running throughout, topped with ribbons of vanilla glaze, and finished with sprinkles of spiced demerara sugar.Warming, satisfying, wonderful.  - 17

PB & Chocolate Glazed Bundt Cake - you cannot go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. Oh, you can get fancy – maybe substitute almond or hazelnut for the peanut, or add exotic spices or even – gasp – include bacon (and there’s nothing wrong with any of that), but if you stay true to a classic combination, you’ll have a winner. We start with our Signature Devil’s Food cake batter, swirl in our peanut butter & cream cheese mixture, and drizzle with chocolate. Classically good. – 20

Chocolate Chip Pecan Glazed Bundt Cake – this is the one to take to that potluck brunch. Or an office party. Or to share with your neighbor over a cup of locally-sourced and freshly roasted coffee. Or…really, for any occasion. It’s an all-around, won’t let you down, bundt cake. A touch of sour cream adds a tang to the cake, vanilla glaze adds a hint of sweetness. The mini chocolate chips & sugared pecans sprinkled on top just make it silly-good.  - 21

Looking for a good old-fashioned cake? May we suggest one of our Layer Cakes – two, three or more layers of deliciousness and decadence, filled with buttercream, ganache, caramel, mousse or fruit, and topped with generous swirls of frosting. Our 6″ cakes serve 8-10, 9″ cakes serve 12-14.

Signature Chocolate – this is our ‘go-to’ cake for birthday parties, Saturday morning cupcake baking, and any other time we’re in the mood for good old-fashioned chocolate cake. Three generous layers filled and covered with either vanilla or chocolate frosting. We can also fill it with chocolate mousse if you’d prefer something on the fancier side.

Chocolate Chip – three layers of an incredibly moist and delicate white cake, studded with miniature chocolate chips and topped with our chocolate frosting. One of our favorite cakes…for any occasion.

Red Velvet - with gratitude to our Southern roots, we offer your our Red Velvet Cake. Tender, moist, just a hint of cocoa – four layers of cake with a smooth Vanilla Buttercream Frosting. It may just convert those of you who claim not to like red velvet!

Carrot Walnut – two layers of a moist, delicate cake generously adorned with our cream cheese frosting. We add toasted walnuts to the batter and sprinkle on top of the frosted cake – because we’re nutty that way.

The devil's in the crumbs...

Midnight Cakein between three dense layers of devil’s food cake, you’ll find swirls of caramel and bittersweet chocolate ganache, all covered in chocolate crumbs. This is the cake for chocolate lovers.

Three layers of our Signature chocolate cake and mocha buttercream frosting, covered in a satiny mocha glaze, topped with chocolate covered espresso beans (straight from Seattle).
